the pen name of Marilyn Johnston, an award-winning writer whose short fiction
and non-fiction stories have appeared in numerous anthologies. Her romantic
suspense novels, CHOOSING CARTER and DEADLY STAR, are available from publisher
Crimson Romance, Amazon.com, and B&N.com. Her works-in-process include a
young adult fantasy and a mystery novel that features detective
Jannicka “Jake” Konnor, a book that cj plans to turn into a series.
A first-generation American, she was born in Texas to
Swedish parents and now lives on the Gulf Coast. She takes her pen name from
her paternal grandmother. Marilyn is a member of Sisters-in-Crime as well as
their online subgroup, Guppies, the Alabama Writers Forum, the Alabama Writers
Conclave, and a charter member of the Mobile Writers Guild.
